Mindlect offers a 7-Day Conditional Refund Policy that applies to both once-off course purchases and subscription-based plans.
This policy protects learners while preventing content misuse.
A refund may only be issued if all of the following are true:
AND
(meaning the user has not consumed substantial content)
(e.g., server failure, account activation error, broken modules)
Requests that meet these criteria will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
Courses where more than 10% has been accessed
Completed courses
Downloaded materials
Subscription renewals
Promotional or discounted purchases
Instructor-provided resources once accessed
Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically.
Users may cancel at any time, but:
Renewed subscription payments are non-refundable unless the account shows zero activity after renewal.
If Mindlect experiences a platform malfunction:
Provide screenshots or video evidence
Describe the issue clearly
If the issue is on Mindlect’s side, a refund may be approved even if minimal content was accessed.

Account email
Transaction reference
Course or subscription name
Reason for the refund
Evidence (if technical)
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
Mindlect may update this policy at any time.
Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated policy.
